Sourcing appropriate raw materials vendors, and supervising and controlling the whole processes of raw material production.
Conducting quality control for production process. Cutting workshop is responsible for cutting quality. Sewing workshop is responsible for sewing quality. Packing workshop is responsible for package quality.
1. Technology Department is responsible for the overall quality control and documentation on quality control and is entitled to reject any delivery of defective products and to issue a product discontinuance. 2. Technology Department is responsible for collecting quality feedback from customers, reviewing the practice and conducting the improving action plans and execution, then ensuring to avoid any same quality accidents. 3.Quality Inspection Workshop is responsible for the overall inspection and examination of every product' quality.
